A new Astrid Lindgren classic with illustrations by Ilon Wikland.
Of all the seven children in Noisy Village, Kerstin is the youngest, only two and a half years old. One day, Lasse reads in the newspaper that they are holding a Children’s Day in Stockholm. The Noisy Village children want to do that too. Yes, they want to have Children’s Day for Kerstin! It will be fun to make up lots of exciting surprises. Breakfast in bed goes well, but then Kerstin just screams No No when all the fun starts: riding the foal, swinging on the swing really high and riding the roller coaster. But no No No is heard when the girls take Kerstin to see all the farm animals. And when she has been allowed to ride in her new cart, which the boys have fixed up, she gets so, so tired. (in Swedish)
