Lotta 2 - Lotta flyttar hemifrån (Swedish)

    Author:Astrid Lindgren
    Director:Johanna Hald

"Sometimes Lotta gets really, really angry. But never really without someone being rude to her first. Like when mom wants to force her to wear a knit sweater that knits when Lotta would rather wear the velvet dress. Which you can only wear on Sundays . What a stupid invention! You just can't live in a family that has such stupid rules, Lotta thinks, and decides to move away from home. In Aunt Berg's junk attic, you can have your own household - here there is a table, chairs, bed and curtains. Although it's a bit scary at night when it gets dark and a lot of strange noises are heard everywhere. Then it's hardly enough that the cuddly pig Bamsen has also moved to the trash wind... It's lucky then that mother got so sad when Lotta moved so that dad has to ask her to move back home.Originally, the idea was that Lotta på Troublemaker Street would become a TV series consisting of six completed 25-minute episodes. But the project grew to also include a theatrical version, where three of these episodes were cut together into the first feature film. Lotta 2 - Lotta moves away from home consists of the other TV episodes and a supplementary episode about how Lotta celebrates Easter."
