Extended return period

For purchases made during the period 25 November - 22 December 2024, an extended right of return applies until 26 January 2025. This gives you extra time to return your goods if necessary. The return conditions otherwise follow what is stated under the Purchase Terms. Please find all information in the General Terms and Conditions.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to make a return, you can do so within 30 days from the date you received your products.

Follow the steps below to complete your return:

  1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable packaging, for example, the same packaging they were delivered in.

  2. Attach the provided return label to the package.

  3. Drop off the package at any convenient DHL drop-off point.

Exceptions:

Please note that we can only accept returns of underwear and swimwear if the product has not been tried on. CD discs must not be opened.

How will my return be refunded?

If you sent your return by mail, please wait for 14 days before your return is processed. Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If it has been more than 14 days and your return is not processed, please contact customer service at [email protected]. Once the return is processed, you will receive the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Credit Card Payment: You should see the refund in your account within 3-5 business days from the date the return was processed.

Klarna - Pay Later: If you paid with Klarna invoice, you should receive an updated invoice from Klarna within 24 hours.

Klarna - Pay Now: If you are returning items you purchased with "Pay Now," you will receive a refund directly from Klarna once the return is processed.

Klarna will contact you via email if they need your bank details for the refund. For any questions about your refund or updated invoice from Klarna, please contact Klarna customer service. For questions regarding your return shipment, please contact customer service at [email protected].
